No, you can shop online without creating an account.

How much does shipping cost for the PAPERBACK version?

The shipping rate in South Africa is absolutely FREE.

How long does shipping take for the PAPERBACK (HARDCOPY) book?

It will take 2-4 business days to deliver in major cities in South Africa, and 3-5 business days to deliver to outlying areas.

How do I receive the EPUB (EBOOK) or the PDF version once I paid?

You will be redirected to your Cart immediately once your payment is complete and see a link to download the file. You will also receive a link in your email address to download the file.

(Please note, this link will not be available if you buy the PAPERBACK version as they are separate products)

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email with your tracking details once we have processed your order which can take up to 1 business day. Once you have received your tracking number you can also track your order here on The Courier Guy website.

Can I return an item?

If your order was damaged during shipping, please email hi@fincology.co. No refunds for EBOOK or PDF versions.
